Paper feeding section

 

Feeder Head: High-quality feeder with 4 suction cups for paper suction and 4 suction cups for paper feeding, ensuring stable and fast paper delivery.

Pre-stack Device: Pre-stack device ensures continuous feeder operation; maximum stack height 1550mm (including tray).

Front Guide Position Detection: Detects whether the paper has accurately reached the front guide position using a photoelectric switch.

Side Guide Position Detection: Precise mechanical action triggers a sensor switch to determine if the paper is in position (applicable to all printing colors).

Vacuum Pump: High-quality German-imported Becker pump for longer service life.

Push/Pull Switch Side Guide: Flexible switching for different paper weights.

Feeder Control Panel: Convenient paper feeder operation.

Mechanical Double Sheet Detection: Utilizes paper thickness to trigger a mechanical switch to determine if double sheets are feeding.

Manual Quick Paper Stack Left/Right Adjustment: Convenient and quick paper stack movement.

Single-Point Electromagnetic Clutch: Enables the linkage between the feeder, paper conveyor belt, and main unit, facilitating machine setup and testing.

 

 

Die-cut section

 

Pneumatic locking of the plate frame and lower liner: Employs a cylinder-based quick-locking device to prevent human error caused by improper locking of the upper and lower plates.

Centerline alignment system: The die-cutting plate frame uses a centerline-based quick-positioning mounting method, eliminating the need for operators to consider positional deviations during installation.

High-quality gripper plates: High-strength gripper bars ensure a longer service life.

Pre-stretched high-quality chain: The chain undergoes 72 hours of high-speed simulated operation for more stable chain accuracy.

Air-blown foil separation device: Equipped with both longitudinal and transverse foil separation and paper leveling devices, suitable for large-area hot stamping.

Computerized aluminum foil monitoring system: This system allows setting foil pulling data and real-time display of aluminum foil operating status; an alarm will be triggered when the aluminum foil length is less than 6 meters, reminding operators to replace it promptly.

Independent temperature control zones: Utilizes 20 temperature zones with independent temperature control accuracy within ±2℃.

Aluminum foil breakage detector: This function detects aluminum foil breakage during production, issuing an alarm and stopping the machine. Three longitudinal axes: The horizontal and vertical full-width foil feeding system allows for simultaneous hot stamping, independently servo-controlled, improving foil utilization and saving foil changeover time.

*The number of longitudinal foil feeding axes can be increased to six as needed.

Torque limiter: The torque limiter disengages to protect the machine from further damage in case of malfunction.

Indexing gearbox drive: An optimized indexing gearbox extends the machine's lifespan and improves tooth positioning accuracy.

Pneumatic lifting of the die-cutting plate: Enhances machine operation convenience.

Automatic lubrication and cooling system for the main drive: Immersion and drip lubrication ensure the main drive mechanism is always lubricated, resulting in more stable die-cutting pressure and extended equipment lifespan.

Automatic chain lubrication system: Set lubrication time (oil volume) for automatic lubrication, extending chain life and ensuring smoother operation.

Main motor: High-quality German Inmonda motor for more stable performance.

Ductile iron honeycomb panel: Ductile iron material offers greater stability, higher strength, and better corrosion resistance. Automatic pressure reduction when no paper enters the host machine: When the system detects that no paper has entered the host machine, the machine automatically reduces the pressure to prevent the electroplated aluminum from being transferred to the bottom mold.
