Paper feeding section

 

Feeder Head: High-quality feeder with 4 suction cups for paper suction and 4 suction cups for paper feeding, ensuring stable and fast paper delivery.

Pre-stacking Device: Pre-stacking device allows for continuous feeder operation; maximum stacking height 1600mm (including tray).

Front Guide Position Detection: Detects whether the paper has accurately reached the front guide position using a photoelectric switch.

Side Guide Position Detection: Precise mechanical action triggers a sensor switch to determine if the paper is in position (applicable to all printing colors).

Vacuum Pump: High-quality German-imported Becker pump for longer service life.

Push/Pull Switchable Side Guide: Flexible switching for different paper weights.

Mechanical Double Sheet Detection: Utilizes paper thickness to trigger a mechanical switch to determine if double sheets are feeding.
