Refuse to work with defects: Guowang Paper Cutter Maintenance Guide
Daily Cleaning and Weekly Maintenance
Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the work platform. First, carefully wipe away oil stains with a clean cloth, then use an air gun to thoroughly clean away paper scraps and dust, keeping the platform clean and creating a standardized and tidy working environment.

Weekly Lubrication
Add grease to all grease fittings weekly, using 2-3 pumps per fitting. Timely and proper grease application effectively protects the sliders, guide rails, and various bearings, reducing wear and tear, stabilizing equipment operation, and extending the overall machine lifespan.

Weekly Operational Inspection
Check the lubrication status of the paper pusher screw weekly. Add grease promptly if it is dry. Enter the machine settings and search for reference points. While the machine is running, gently squeeze the grease can on the side to add grease, being careful not to overfill to prevent leakage. After the search is complete, move the paper pusher back and forth to evenly coat the screw with grease. Daily maintenance extends the lifespan of machine components.

Monthly Machine Inspection
Monthly, check the oil level in the turbine housing and machine foot cylinders, observing the oil level in real time. The oil level in the machine foot cylinders should be halfway up the oil level sight glass, and the oil level in the turbine housing should completely cover the sight glass. Add lubricating oil promptly if the level is insufficient to ensure stable equipment operation.

Long-Term Maintenance for Stable Performance
Long-term maintenance ensures long-term stability. Everything requires careful maintenance; consistent effort yields results. Pay attention to every maintenance detail to maintain optimal condition, delay wear and tear, and ensure a long and smooth run.

Semi-Annual Parts Inspection
Routine equipment maintenance requires regular upkeep. It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lead screw and timing belt every six months. Check the belt tension promptly and adjust it to the appropriate level. Also, check for oxidation, aging, cracking, and other signs of wear on the surface to proactively identify potential problems and ensure stable and efficient equipment operation.

Annual Hydraulic Maintenance
Change the hydraulic oil in the machine foot cylinders annually. Remove the cylinder cover to drain the old oil and thoroughly clean internal debris and grease. Disassemble and clean the oil pump filter. For single-hydraulic systems, add 32# hydraulic oil; for dual-hydraulic systems, add 46# hydraulic oil. Proper maintenance extends equipment lifespan.

Annual Turbine Oil Replacement
Replace the turbine oil annually with 320# turbine oil, strictly adhering to the oil type specifications. First, completely drain the oil by unscrewing the Allen screw at the bottom of the cylinder. Then, open the outer hexagonal end cap at the top of the cylinder and add new oil until the oil level just exceeds the standard level on the sight glass. Proper operation ensures stable equipment operation.
