Paper feeding section

 

Feeder Head: High-quality feeder with 4 suction cups for paper suction and 4 suction cups for paper feeding, ensuring stable and fast paper feeding.

Pre-stacking Device, Non-stop Paper Feeding: Pre-stacking device ensures the feeder does not stop; maximum stacking height 1600mm (including tray).

Front Guide Position Detection: Detects whether the paper has accurately reached the front guide position via a photoelectric switch.

Side Guide Position Detection: Triggers a sensor switch through precise mechanical action to determine if the paper is in position (applicable to all printing colors).

Vacuum Pump: High-quality German-imported Becker pump, longer service life.

Push/Pull Integrated Side Guide: Flexible switching for different paper weights.

Feeder Control Panel: Convenient paper feeder operation.

Mechanical Double Sheet Detection: Utilizes paper thickness to trigger a mechanical switch to determine if double sheets are feeding.

Single-Point Electromagnetic Clutch: Enables the linkage between the feeder and the paper conveyor belt with the main unit, facilitating machine adjustment and testing.

Die-cut & hot stamping parts

 

Pneumatic locking of the frame and lower liner: Employs a cylinder-based quick-locking device to prevent human error caused by improper locking of the upper and lower frames.

Centerline alignment system: The die-cutting frame uses a centerline-based quick-positioning mounting method, eliminating the need for operators to consider positional deviations during installation.

High-quality gripper blades: Uses high-quality gripper blades imported from Japan, ensuring stable clamping force and a long service life.

Pre-stretched high-quality chain: The chain undergoes 72 hours of high-speed simulated operation, resulting in more stable chain precision.

Air-blown aluminum foil separation and flattening device: Equipped with aluminum foil separation and paper flattening devices in both longitudinal and transverse directions, suitable for large-area hot stamping.

Aluminum foil breakage detection: This function detects aluminum foil breakage during production, issuing an alarm and stopping the machine.

Computerized aluminum foil monitoring system: This system allows setting foil pulling data and displays the aluminum foil operating status in real time; when the aluminum foil length is less than 6 meters, an alarm is triggered to remind the operator to replace it promptly.

Independent temperature control zones: Employs 20 temperature zones with independent temperature control accuracy within ±1℃. Pneumatic lifting of the lower plate frame: The lower plate is lifted by a cylinder, disengaging it from the moving platform, making the lower plate's entry and exit easier and more effortless.

Automatic lubrication and cooling system for the main drive: Immersion and drip lubrication keep the main drive mechanism constantly lubricated, resulting in more stable die-cutting pressure and extending the equipment's service life.

Automatic chain lubrication system: The lubrication time (oil volume) can be set, automatically lubricating the chain to extend its service life and ensure smoother equipment operation. Automatic Cam Lubrication System: Allows for setting lubrication time (oil volume) and automatically lubricates the cams, extending their lifespan and ensuring smoother equipment operation.

Ductile Iron Honeycomb Panel: Made of ductile iron, offering greater stability, strength, and corrosion resistance.

Automatic Pressure Reduction When No Paper Enters the Main Unit: Automatically reduces pressure when no paper enters the main unit, preventing electroplated aluminum from transferring onto the base mold.

4-Roller Aluminum Foil Rewinding Device: Equipped with four servo-controlled winding rollers, automatically and neatly rewinds hot-stamped aluminum foil for reuse.

Servo Pressure Control System: Employs a servo system for precise pressure control via computer, with an adjustment accuracy of 0.01mm.

Pneumatic Clutch System: Provides faster braking and more stable equipment operation.

Paper Drop Detection: Detects paper falling into the main unit using photoelectric sensors to prevent damage to the equipment.

Two-Way Quick Locking Function: Utilizes a two-way quick locking device with cylinders to avoid human error caused by incomplete plate locking.

The safety door for the die-cutting section is made of transparent acrylic glass, allowing real-time observation of the platform's operating status.

The high-precision pressure stabilization function, controlled by a computer, ensures that the equipment pressure remains stable, effectively extending the lifespan of the die-cutting plate.
