Introduction

The operation and adjustment of the paper feeding part are similar to those of the Heidelberg machine, so that operators can get familiar with it more quickly.

Feeding unit

 

1. High-quality feeder, 4 suction cups for paper suction and 4 suction cups for paper feeding, ensuring stable and fast paper feeding.

2. The operation adjustment of the paper feeding part is similar to that of the paper feeding part of the Heidelberg machine, so that operators can get familiar with it faster.

3. The paper feeding pre-stacking guide rail makes it convenient for operators to quickly and accurately feed the stacked paper into the paper feeding table.

4. Non-stop paper changing device enables continuous operation of the machine during production. No need to stop the machine for paper loading.
5. The paper feeding table anti-pressure foot function is optional to effectively ensure the safety of operators.

 

 

Die-cutting unit

 

1. The die-cutting pressure is controlled by a servo motor. The die-cutting pressure can be accurately and stably controlled. At the same time, the pressure can be accurately controlled by pressing the buttons on the touch screen. The pressure adjustment is accurate to 0.01mm.

2. The die-cutting frame and the die-cutting bottom plate are locked by Japanese SMC cylinders, so that operators can avoid the situation where the upper and lower frame locking is not installed in place. Effectively avoid losses caused by human factors.

3. The die-cutting frame adopts a centerline fast positioning plate installation method, so that operators no longer need to consider the left and right positions of the die-cutting board when installing the die-cutting board.

4. The die-cutting board can also be installed with non-standard size die-cutting boards by using auxiliary tools, which is convenient for customers to achieve common use between die-cutting boards of different models.

5. The tooth bar adopts an adjustable tooth bar structure, which is convenient for operators to maintain the production accuracy of the machine during the use of the machine.

 

 

Hot stamping unit

 

1. The heating plate consists of two heating plates, with a gap between each plate to prevent the heating plate from deforming due to thermal expansion. 20 independent temperature zones.

2. Adopting high-precision temperature sensor, Omron PLC temperature controller, PID control mode, high control temperature accuracy can reach ±2ºC.

3. Independent heating temperature zone. The temperature zone control can be turned on independently as needed, effectively saving electricity.

 

 

Stripping Unit

 

1. The installation of the middle waste removal board adopts the center line quick positioning installation method, so that the operator can quickly install the waste removal board, reduce the operator's start-up preparation time, and improve the efficiency of order change.

2. Manually raise the upper waste removal frame to choose whether to use the waste removal function.

3. All waste removal tools are produced in standard and can be replaced with other brands of machines.

 

 

Delivery unit

 

1. The upper and lower position adjustment of the paper collection brake brush is controlled by a motor. The buttons on the paper collection operation panel can be quickly adjusted without the need to adjust the hand wheel.

2. The main motor is controlled by a Schneider inverter to ensure the accuracy of the machine's movement.

3. The power supply is supplied by Taiwan Mean Well switching power supply to ensure the stability of the power supply and avoid operational hazards caused by unstable power supply.

4. A 15-inch and 10.4-inch touch screen are configured in the die-cutting and paper collection departments respectively.

5. The machine uses relays, AC contactors and air switches from Eaton in the United States to ensure the stability and reliability of the electrical part.
