Feeding unit
1. The world's most advanced feeder head is used.
2. The operation and adjustment of the paper feeding part are similar to those of the Heidelberg machine, so that operators can get familiar with it more quickly.
3. The paper feeding adopts a vacuum suction method, which can reduce the scratches on the paper surface caused by the traditional wool wheel paper feeding. (This is optional)
4. The paper feeding pre-stacking guide rail makes it convenient for operators to quickly and accurately feed the stacked paper into the paper feeding table.
5. The non-stop paper changing device enables the machine to run continuously during the production process. No more stopping to load paper.
Die-cutting unit
1. The die-cutting pressure is controlled by a servo motor. The die-cutting pressure can be accurately and stably controlled. At the same time, the pressure can be accurately controlled by pressing the buttons on the touch screen. The pressure adjustment is accurate to 0.01mm.
2. The die-cutting frame and the die-cutting bottom plate are locked by Japanese SMC cylinders, so that operators can avoid the situation where the upper and lower frame locking is not installed in place. Effectively avoid losses caused by human factors.
3. The die-cutting frame adopts a centerline fast positioning plate installation method, so that operators no longer need to consider the left and right positions of the die-cutting board when installing the die-cutting board.
4. The die-cutting board can also be installed with non-standard size die-cutting boards by using auxiliary tools, which is convenient for customers to achieve common use between die-cutting boards of different models.
5. The tooth bar adopts an adjustable tooth bar structure, which is convenient for operators to maintain the production accuracy of the machine during the use of the machine.
Hot stamping unit
1. High-power heating plate, 20 independently controlled temperature zones, can reach a maximum of 200°C.
2. Adopt Omron PLC temperature controller, PID control mode, high control temperature accuracy, can reach ±2ºC.
3. Independent heating temperature zone. The temperature zone control can be turned on independently as needed, effectively saving electricity.
Delivery unit
1. The paper collection brake brush can be adjusted up and down to effectively improve the stability of paper collection.
2. The motor is controlled by Schneider inverter to ensure the accuracy of the movement of each part of the machine.
3. The power supply is powered by Taiwan Mean Well switching power supply to ensure the stability of the power supply and avoid operational hazards caused by unstable power supply.
4. The die-cutting and paper collection parts are equipped with 15-inch and 10.4-inch touch screens respectively.
5. The machine uses relays, AC contactors and air switches from internationally renowned brands such as the United States and Japan to ensure the stability and reliability of the electrical parts.
