Feeding unit
1. High-quality feeder, 4 suction cups for paper suction and 4 suction cups for paper feeding, ensuring stable and fast paper feeding.
2. Pre-stacking device, feeder does not stop, maximum paper stacking height 1600mm.
3. The pre-stacking device is equipped with rails so that the operator can accurately and conveniently feed the paper pile into the feeder.
4. The side gauge can be adjusted between the push-pull gauge to meet the needs of different papers.
5. The front gauge adjustment can be optionally controlled by Japan Fuji servo motor; the front gauge position can be accurately displayed through the touch screen and quickly adjusted.
6. When feeding paper to the front gauge, it will slow down to accurately position the paper.
7. The conveyor plate uses German molded stainless steel to make the paper smoothly and quickly conveyed.
Die-cutting unit
1. Adopt Japanese Fuji servo motor to achieve accurate and stable control of die-cutting pressure; at the same time, the pressure can be accurately controlled through the 19-inch touch screen buttons, and the adjustment amount is accurate to 0.01mm.
2. The die-cutting frame and the die-cutting bottom plate are locked by Japanese SMC cylinders to avoid the situation where the upper and lower plate frames are not locked and installed in place, effectively avoiding losses caused by human factors.
3. The die-cutting frame adopts the center line fast positioning plate installation method, so that the operator no longer needs to consider the left and right position of the die-cutting board when installing the die-cutting board.
4. The die-cutting board can also be installed with non-standard size die-cutting boards by using auxiliary tools, which is convenient for customers to achieve common use between die-cutting boards of different models.
5. The tooth row body is made of special super-hard aluminum alloy profiles, and the surface is oxidized. It can realize accurate die-cutting and embossing processes during high-speed operation, improve the accuracy and stability of the machine, and extend the service life.
6. The Japanese SMC safety solenoid valve controls the main engine clutch. Avoid the occurrence of safety accidents caused by solenoid valve failure.
Stripping Unit
1. Both the upper and lower waste stripping frames adopt the centerline positioning system. The upper frame can realize the convenient switching between the waste stripping frame and the waste stripping board, and adopts an advanced pneumatic locking structure for easy operation.
2. The pneumatic lifting device of the upper waste stripping frame increases the operating space inside the machine.
3. The simplified waste stripping power transmission mechanism and the optimized cam motion curve improve the stability of waste stripping.
4. The waste stripping negative template adopts a quick locking mechanism, which is easy to operate and can be operated at the operating side window when repeatedly installed.
5. The waste stripping pre-set rack system (optional) allows the waste stripping needles and other parts to be arranged and installed in advance outside the machine to reduce the plate change time. (Optional)
6. The independent power-driven waste edge conveying unit can adapt to the smooth output of the waste edge of the machine at low and high speeds without accumulation, and can be equipped with accessories such as waste edge collection boxes.
Finished paper embryo collection part (full Stripping)
1. The full waste cleaning upper frame and the middle box divider adopt the centerline positioning system. The full waste cleaning upper frame is independently controlled, and the pneumatic locking structure consistent with the waste cleaning part is adopted for easy operation.
2. The German Leuze safety grating is used to protect the safety and reliability of finished product stacking.
3. The newly designed finished product automatic insert counting device not only facilitates the counting, chopping and collection of inserts, but also realizes the rapid adjustment of different insert paper sizes.

Collect the full sheet (half-stripping)
1. The independent full-sheet collection part can realize the fast switching between the collection of finished paper blanks and the collection of full sheets.
