Details

Feeder Section

Self-developed 4-suction 4-feed feeder delivers stable fast paper feeding for various stocks, with 1600mm pre-stacking enabling non-stop operation.

Paper Conveyor Belt

Six imported front drive belts matched with German cross steel plates ensure flat and smooth paper transportation.

Machine Body Section

Five core parts are machined by Mitsubishi double-station five-face machine. Imported hydraulic fixtures reduce deformation with total tolerance controlled within ±0.01mm.

Main Unit

The main unit adopts precision craftsmanship and premium materials. Its worm gear drive features high efficiency, reliable self-locking and an ultra-large reduction ratio.

Gripper Section

Aerospace aluminum gripper bars with ±0.05mm flatness are CMM inspected. Imported gripper blades ensure ±0.25mm length tolerance and 3-year service life.

Pneumatic Upper & Lower Lock

SMC pneumatic cylinders lock die frames and bottom plates firmly, preventing improper installation and losses caused by manual operation errors.

Pneumatic Lifting Device for Upper Waste Stripping Frame

Pneumatic lifting device automatically lifts and resets upper stripping frame instead of manual work, cutting labor intensity, shortening adjustment time and boosting productivity.

Secondary Gripper Opening

Secondary gripper opening precisely controls gripper rows to clear mouth waste, solving cleaning troubles and upgrading die-cutting efficiency and product quality.

Waste Stripping Frame Transmission

Pull-type waste stripping frame transmission increases force arm for uniform strong power, reducing impact and vibration to ensure stable high-speed heavy-duty stripping.

Waste Stripping Structure

Upgraded active upper stripping frame suits complex multi-up products. Fixed middle frame and movable rails prevent scrap carry-out for stable efficient waste stripping.

Feeding unit

1. 4 suction cups for lifting & 4 suction cups for transfering ensures stable and fast paper feeding.

2. Preload device, non-stop feedingn function, with Max pile height up to 1600 mm

3. Rail-guided preload device enables operators to move the prepared pile to the feeder accurately and conveniently.

4. Side layers can be shifted from pull layers to push layers to fit different formats.

5. Front layers are controlled by Japan Fuji servo motor; its adjustment can be achieves through touch screen.（Option）

6. Paper feeding will slow down when the paper is about to reach front lays to achieve a more accurate paper orientation.

7. German stainless steel brings you a smooth and quick paper conveyance.

Die-cutting & Hot stamping unit

1. Adopt servo motor to realize precision of die-cutting pressure and stable control; Meanwhile, you can realize precision control of pressure by 18.5 inches and 10.4 inches touch screen button, the adjustment precision could be reached 0.01mm.

2. The chase and die cutting plate are automatically locked by Japan SMC pneumatic cylinder; comparing to manual lock, this ensures much faster and sfter operation.

3. Centerline registering installation system of the chase ensures a convenient and fast assembly of cutting die.

4. By using special auxiliary tools, cutting dies of different sizes can be adopted to meet different task needs.

5. Grippers are structured in an adjustable type to ensure accurate paper registering.

Stripping Unit

1. Centerline registering ensures a fast installation of the middle stripping frame; it also shortens set-up time while task shifting.

2. Through pneumatic control of the supernatant stripping frame, select whether to use the stripping function.

3. All stripping tool manufacturing is standardized that they are applicable to machines of different makes.

4. In the new stripping structure , the middle frame stand still while the upper and lower frame are moving up and down, which greatly increase the accuracy, efficiency, machine life and lower the noise, vibration , wear。

Delivery unit

1. You can also control each unit of the machine by using the 10.4’ touch screen at delivery unit.

2. Auxiliary paper rack realizes electric non-stop delivery function.

3. Equipped with photoelectric safety protection for the paper collection part to prevent accidental entry and protect the safety of operators and equipment.
