Feeding unit
1. High-quality German original MABEG feeder, 4 suction cups for paper suction and 4 suction cups for paper feeding, ensuring stable and fast paper feeding.
2. Pre-stacking device, feeder does not stop, maximum stacking height 1600mm.
3. Rail-guided preload device enables operators to move the prepared pile to the feeder accurately and conveniently.
4. The side gauge can be switched between push and pull gauges to meet the needs of different papers.

Die-cutting unit
1. It uses Japanese Fuji servo motors, and can also achieve precise pressure control through the 19-inch touch screen buttons, with the adjustment amount accurate to 0.01mm.
2. The die-cutting plate frame and the die-cutting bottom plate use Japanese SMC cylinders (or German FESTO) to achieve rapid locking, improve operating efficiency, and effectively avoid losses caused by human factors.
3. The die-cutting plate frame adopts a centerline rapid positioning plate loading method, so that operators no longer need to consider the left and right positions of the die-cutting plate when installing the die-cutting plate.
4. The die-cutting plate can also be installed with non-standard size die-cutting plates by using auxiliary tools, which is convenient for customers to achieve common use between die-cutting plates of different models.
5. The tooth row body is made of special super-hard aluminum alloy profiles, and the surface is oxidized. It can achieve precise die-cutting and embossing processes during high-speed operation, improve the accuracy and stability of the machine, and extend its service life.

Stripping Unit
1. Both the upper and lower waste cleaning frames adopt the central positioning system. The upper frame can realize the convenient switching between the waste cleaning frame and the waste cleaning board, and the advanced pneumatic locking structure is adopted for easy operation.
2. The pneumatic lifting device of the upper waste cleaning frame increases the operating space inside the machine.
